Display board examples
Remember that you need to adhere strictly to the rules that SETC sets down for the display areas. Keep within your space: but you also need to maximize the space you're given.
Below are a few examples with comments about each one.
A good example of a board with a concept, research and the renderings.
Would be a good display, if it was on a board--the walls will NOT be an option for your display.
A messy, un-thought-out display. "oh look, I found this little table, cuz the rest of my renderings wouldn't fit on the wall..."
Good example of a board: It has swatches, research, renderings, concept statement, photos, etc.
Another good example, but unlike the above and first pic, there's not enough surface area--the others have at least twice as much room for stuff!
Good display, but it cannot stand on its own. It needs a wall, which you are not always provided.
Interesting display, but maybe too much going on--(can it be too interesting?) a little messy, because people will go and touch your table stuff, and move it around. One could easily remove a few of the renderings, and insert the research on the board to make the display more clean.
Again, you will not be provided a wall
